1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using aiui (aiui.zugl.in), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

aiui is an AI-powered design tool that generates user interface designs based on natural language prompts. We provide tools for visualization, editing, and exporting these designs, including integrations with platforms like Figma.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of aiui and its licensors.

Ownership of Designs: You retain ownership of the prompts you provide. Regarding the AI-generated designs, aiui grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the generated designs for both personal and commercial purposes.

5. Use of AI

You acknowledge that the designs are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for high-quality output, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the generated designs for any specific purpose.

You agree not to use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall aiui, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
